I even faced this kind of issue .. I complained in railmadad app , those guys gave me free food 😂 asked me to withdraw a complain..but i never did this .. railway authorities fined him 15,000 rupees ..

Never heard of an eye mask? I live in Visakhapatnam. When I go to Tirupati, I board the Visakhapatnam - TIRUPATI AC Double Decker express. Now that train starts in vizag at 11 pm in vizag and the railway fellows don't turn off the lights all night long. So I purchased an eye mask for fifty rupees, and I wear it, kick back my seat and sleep somewhat peacefully. Try it next time. Agreed that this was a tough journey, but an eye mask will ease things up by quite a lot. How I wish they change the timings to early morning... Not only me everyone wants that

Same train in reverse I boarded from Delhi to Mumbai, I asked for food and bill from the catering of Kota, the first guy denied me food and the second guy denied the bill, I was hungry so I paid 120 for veg thali, then I lodged a complaint on rail madad for no bill issued. The guy called me till the next day and apologised but since this happened many time, i refused to take back my complaint.

Iss train ka hamesha se hi bura haal rahaa hain. Iss train ko kabhi bhi high priority nahi milti (overtakes ke alaava). Agar saste mein Mumbai se Delhi jaana hain, toh phir Maharashtra Sampark Kranti ka non AC Sleeper best rahega. Voh train sirf saade 16 ghante mein Mumbai se Delhi jaati hain aur sirf 3 stops hain uske. Vah best train hain lower middle class ke liye. Iss train ko aur Garib Rath ko cancel karke bass Maharashtra Sampark Kranti ko daily service banana chaahiye. Uska agar ' clone ' service chalaa sakein, toh vah bhi karna chaahiye.
