Looks like a fun one. I tried helis about 15 years ago before it was this far along and it cost me 30- 50 bucks every time I spun one up😂🤣. I might have to try them out again.

This one is very hard to crash. With the stabilization, GPS, and Optical flow you would literally have to aim it at a tree and crash it on purpose. It even has auto landing. Just do not stand next to a tree when you take off. The point of return when it lands can vary by a few feet.

I tried to fly it indoors. The SW6 switch was set to auto and the SW8 switch was set to visual mode. However when it took off it continued to gain altitude even though I removed my hands from the throttle and it moved sideways even though I didnt touch the direction switch till it hit the ceiling and crashed. What setting did you use to fly yours indoors please

I had it out today in the backyard and even on GPS it pops up and goes left. I’ve seen some of the Chinese videos where they fly them indoors but they have a lot of room.

I am planning to buy one and convert it to a nightstalker MH 60 Blackhawk by adding a dummy refuelling probe and a dummy forward looking infrared housing in the nose of the helicopter and also painting it black. Do you think these modifications will affect flight characteristics?

The helicopter flys very good and maintains its position even in the wind. The GPS is not perfect for the auto landing. It will come back when low power or when you tell it too and land within a few feet of where it took off. It can go fast or slow and fly in GPS, Optical, and 6G gyro. I like 6G gypro the most. The GPS is very nice for flying around where you want it to control its own level flight. Just let go of the sticks and it will hover.

Yeah I like that. They basically took the internals from the previous box and put them in a nice case. I’m wondering how the F06 will be that I’m getting. No GPS. I actually prefer that. I just need a power warning really. I don’t need return to home.

Yes if you have enough room. The optical flow will read the floor and keep her steady. Be sure to switch it into optical flow only mode or manual mode if you are a good pilot. Don't want return home to kick in while flying in the house.

@@Peace5374 First off to fly indoors you do need room. I suggest you fly outside until you get a feel for it. When it was headed for the ceiling did you pull the left stick down? Was it flying over a coffee table or couch?

Thanks for your reply, I took off from a double bed which had a large flat surface. TBH I have forgotten what I did when it was heading for the ceiling because I panicked. lol. I thought it will take off straight upwards without moving sideways so I panicked when it moved sideways and contiunued heading up towards the ceiling. I will fly it outdoors now as you suggested@@LoveRC

you paid much less for this then me XD only 3 battery one i could find was rcgoing. and i didn't trust that site with such a big purchase. then i found the 2 battery version on banggood for 50 bucks cheaper. seeing as the battery's cost 50 bucks i figured fine. i figured i will just buy a third battery if i need one. then after i ordered the product went out of stock. and i got screwed and my order got put on backorder. waited a week till the date they said it would ship out at now. and the date just moved up a week. so contacted support. made them change it to the 1 battery version wich still had 45 in stock. i get 30 dollar refund. (so not even a full battery cost) and guess what. battery's sold out. so now i had to order 2 for 120 bucks from rcgoing. so i ended up paying. 40 bucks more for 3 battery's and this helicopter then if i had just ordered it from rcgoing at the first place. (1 battery version went out of stock aswel. but i got mine now. many weeks after i should have gotten it. and having to threaten with a refund) now i am trying to look through video's trying to find one that explains the charging because the manual talks about a diffrent charger. great. now i don't know what voltage to charge the battery too or if it would auto shut off at all.

I have never had a problem with RC Going other than it takes 10-15 days for delivery to the states.

@@LoveRC it was a new website for me. i ended up ordering extra battery's there. and they got it here 3 days before the estimated delivery date. something banggood and most of the other places i ordered from failed to do. only problem i have with it. and with all the other sites. is that even though one was in spain. the other in the netherlands. and rcgoing supposedly in usa. when the local carrier got the packages. and gave me the delivery date. it always said "package from china will be delivered between 12:00 and 14:15" the only site that didn't have that issue. was motionrc. it actually came from the netherlands. but with the delivery time i am sure they ordered it from china first. i can tell it's a diffrent manufacturer though. or just the new line up. but there is a diffrence between the orignal battery. and the 2 new ones. the ones from rcgoing have a less red colored orange. you can tell them appart. and the button on the 2 new ones is of a more clear rubber. the orignal is more opaque white.
