Loving your videos!!! You are a wonderful teacher. I'm learning so much. I have enrolled in your Plant-Based Academy and am super motivated to get healthy! I am 60 and am trying to prevent diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. By eating mostly vegan, my lab results are getting better. Having a tough time motivating myself to exercise, but one step at a time I guess! Thanks for videos. You are very inspiring!

Thank you Penny for your kind words. Keep up with the motivation and yes, you are right - one step at a time - that's how we make this a lifestyle! Stay tuned there are some new and exciting things coming up on our Plant Based Academy.

Two additional products available for use are Palmyra palm syrup and raw wild honey. These superfood sweeteners are rich in nutrients and super tasty.

Thank you Can’t wait to make this What do you think about Sorghum Syrup ?
@yuyafit Жыл бұрын
Hi Maya, did you get a chance to try the granola? As for sorghum syrup, it's not something we use in our kitchen. It's not commonly available in our area and also since we focus on using mostly unprocessed and often raw food our choices for sweetener is either dates, raw coconut nectar or local honey.

Where did you get your sieve/strainer
@yuyafit Жыл бұрын
Hi Kristi, this strainer is a vintage lol. It was part of a sprouting kit I got at a trade show probably 20 years ago.

Mine got gooey after leaving for 24 hours Also you rinse twice a day for two days I couldn’t dry them
@yuyafit Жыл бұрын
Hi Maya, in the video you can see that the sprouted buckwheat is quite dry. I don't rinse on the final day. It's worth playing around with the recipe, maybe leaving it in the dehydrator longer to achieve the desired consistency.

I’m on the first day of sprouting and they don’t smell right…almost fishy. I just rinsed them and they seem really “milky” Any suggestions?
@yuyafit2 жыл бұрын
Hi! You might need to rinse the sprouts during warm weather multiple times daily. Make sure you set the jar/bowl away from direct sun and preferably into a cool spot in your house.
