I seriously couldn't help myself! After 5 years, still one of my favorite programs because it's so fun. I originally planned to do Olympics vs WTT but then he did this in Skate Canada and just Skate Canada served this week 👏🏼

This guy is insane... doing jumps in a dark arena with only a spotlight is incredibly risky because you need to have a clear view of the ice and where you’re landing. But this guy just casually does an olympic routine for a gala performance...

2019 he's more mature and his performance is more relaxed, you can see he started to enjoy it more. and of course, he becomes more and more charming. but had to comment, the camera was better at 2014, more in detail....

true. but in reference to the camera work its because the 2014 one was the mainly for olympic that why the camera work was better compare from the 2019 one since it is just a gala.
@shutterbird134 жыл бұрын
A major difference in the camera is the lighting. With the lights so bright for competition, it's easier on the camera. When you're shooting in low light, like the galas, you get more noise.
@kayleemarsh55194 жыл бұрын
He seems so much more natural after the last 5 years. Improved skill, yes, but his body seems more in tune with the music too. Almost as if it were playing to his movements rather than the movements playing along with the music.

It's amazing how different the energy can be in the same program. In 2014 he was the embodiment of young, carefree cockiness. There was freedom and looseness that only a 19 year old man could bring. And in 2019's version he's mature, confident, suave. The control, wow. I don't know which I prefer, they both tell their own story so flawlessly

it might just be me, but the olympics version has more of a playful, cocky vibe while the gala version is more laid back, mature and sensual. it's amazing what experience and age does to someone, even tho i love both versions a lot :D

Yuzuru's Parisienne Walkway in Sochi 2014 was the first program I ever watched from him. This is still one of my favourite short programs. It's so god damn cool and sexy. He definitely more relaxed and have more stamina than the Olympic.
@trangnguyenthithu95534 жыл бұрын
Miss Vanilla oh me tooo I was searching for Kim Yuna’s performance and then KZbin recommended me his short program in Sochi. I clicked just because of curiosity and stunned by what I’d seen. In my life, I have never seen anyone skated so beautiful, so soft like a feather gliding over the lake, like the gravity did not have any affect on him, yet so precise and powerful. Since then, he remains number one in my heart.
@Dahlin16343 жыл бұрын
“Parisienne Walkways” of a 19 years old Yuzuru was definitely all seductive and full of passion. But that 25 years old version of him is DAMN SEXY (almost erotic, if I have to admit) Something is different, maybe the confidence (he was pretty nervous in his first Olympic) or maybe the attitude (idk, he was just a bit playful and cocky in Sochi) but what happened in SC2019 EB was totally ILLEGAL. And I CAN’T GET ENOUGH!!!!! Btw, is it too much to ask for a 30 years old Yuzuru’s “Parisienne Walkways”?????
@lulaulaf7111 Жыл бұрын
No he tenido suficiente del paquete completo llamado Yuzuru Hanyu San.
