Yves Chaland had a very distinct inking style with lush thick and thin strokes. He drew and inked in the Atomic Style, reminiscent of the comics from the fifties. He drew inspiration from The Spirit by Will Eisner and the comic Spirou by Jijé and Franquin. But developed his own signature style and published comics like Bob Fish, Freddy Lombard and Spirou.

I've always admired Yves so this is a great idea! I also really like the wood drawing stand with wrist rest that has a space cut out for your tablet. It looks like it would be really comfortable and sturdy and would really anchor the tablet. Do you have a link for purchasing it? I am in Arizona US. THANKS!
