In this video I am going to be taking a hard look into the fragrance line by the designer house Yves Saint Laurent and that is the Y Line. YSL Y EDT started it all off and ever since we have had 4 world wide releases and one European exclusive with the possibility of more to come. I wanted to do a fragrance review and comparison and rank of all of the fragrances in the Y line and a fresh one in 2022. Y EDP is my favorite fragrance. So good. Got the le parfum too which is nice, but still prefer the EDP. I wore 5 sprays of Y EDP to my class in university last year and a group of ladies 4 seats over said I smelled great… but I’ll never wear that many sprays again, didn’t realize it was as strong as it is.

Awesome vid douuud. I think in general the Y Line is the best blue fragrance you can get. My only knock on the line is tht it’s sort of redundant, but tht being said a lot of lines have that problem (BDC, Eros, etc) my fav is the EDP and then Le Parfum. The OG is underrated , eau Fraiche is nice but I like others in that style more and I had a decant of live and it’s very nice and to me is right up there with the EDP and Le Parfum

Ya that’s why at the end I said the live EDP and le parfum you only really need one unless your a collector. I think the edt and way Fraiche stil have the dna but go in different directions then the other 3

Yeah Y le parfum is definitely the best! I love the versatility of y edp and no you don't need more than 3 sprays all day imo. Great video Randy! Have a good day brother!

Spot on review Randy! Have, wear and love them all. Le Parfum is still my fave. Loved Y Live tons at first but liked a bit less after a few wearings. I like Eau Fraiche more than most peeps as I love lemon scents and would happily wear Lemon Pledge lol. EDP is great but maybe best for the under 35 crowd - kinda loud and “cologne guy” ish. Great review of the line!!!

Awsome video Doud, back in 2017 when Macys got in the OG Y edt it didn’t sway me at all the reps kept trying to make me buy it lol I smelled almost the entire collection except Y live I’m sure it’s just as great as Y edp and y Le parfum which I absolutely love I had to get it and I got it thanx to you from the French website 😎

I have the ysly EDP and enjoy it I also have the old formulation of the ysly EDT but I have not opened it yet really great video thank you Randy. I might pick Dylan blue over the ysly EDP but I enjoy them both

I like Dylan blue but to me the ysls are a bit better across the board

Can't say I'm a fan of blue fragrances (Y line, BDC, Dylan Blue, Dior Sauvage, etc.), not that it smells horrible but I find the Y line in particular little bit off putting. However, you can't deny these blue fragrances are very popular by the masses and I can see why. Very nicely done, Randy with your thorough insight/breakdown of YSL line of fragrances.

I have the old Y EDT I got it so I can have it when it’s no longer available even though the newer stronger one is out. Also I love Y EDP it’s super strong and it smells great, I spray it 2 times maybe 3 max and it will last 12hrs plus.

Love YSL EDP but I go noise blind after about five mins. At first I thought it was just a super weak fragrance but then people start complementing me hours after I sprayed it on. I’m seriously thinking about selling my bottle because if I can’t smell it….(if a tree falls in the woods)

The drydown of Y Live is similar to the opening of Le Parfum. Too bad Live and Eau Fraiche are discontinued now, they were great.

I’m confused by the question if u asking if they project ysl y edt 22 is almost the exact same as the original ysl y edt in smell and projection which isn’t the best the the EDP is known for being a very stronger performer
