Rwanda is currently backing rebels who've committed war crimes, including sexual violence, in the DRC! The whole place is a poverty stricken hell hole, where there's no freedom of the press and the majority of all wealth and mineral resources in the country is controlled by a small elite. That this is the places where they want to send people trying to flee conflict areas for a better life, is frankly appalling.
