The idea that the only thing keeping an evolved democracy like the UK government from dumping asylum seekers in RWANDA of all places, is the government of Rwanda's "unwillingness" to break international law, is disgusting and laughable at the same time. Rwanda is currently backing rebels who've committed war crimes, including sexual violence, in the DRC! The whole place is a poverty stricken hell hole, where there's no freedom of the press and the majority of all wealth and mineral resources in the country is controlled by a small elite. That this is the places where they want to send people trying to flee conflict areas for a better life, is frankly appalling.
