This is a after market spring. Softer spring. Probably better if you do not mind buying the new spring Cisco's Power Valve Spring. 25 bucks from AU

@@Jaydenstraddymob saw a video of a guy doing a panthera review on the YZ. Found the power valve if not cleaned there’s 2 pivot points in the center and ends up catching each other over time and causing it to snap

Hey man I noticed this is a yz250. A lot of guys are replacing the YZ spring with the yz250x and removing the washer you removed. How does the bike feel?

It gives the bike a bit less top end hit and the powerband become a bit smoother in my opinion. This mod and v-force reeds made my bikes powerband so much more rideable.

How do you gun the lid so fast? Do you have any technique to face the gears of the valve and the water pump?

Not sure what you mean by gun the lid? Ive been working on bikes since i was a kid so nowdays its mostly just feeling.

Sooner, A bit more grunt down on low rpm and less hit on top. This and vforce reeds makes the power delivery so much better

What are the benefits for doing this mod?

It lets the power come on a bit sooner and then the hit isn’t as hard and the top end isn’t as wild. Makes a YZ250 more like a YZ250X.
