This is the BEST DIRT BIKE channel on KZbin!! I like that you don’t only focus on European bikes, love my Japanese bikes. Like to see some info on the KX250x and YZ125x models as well

im lookin to go from a 125 to a yz 250, whats the power difference between the two, will the 250 2 stroke just seem like a ton of power compared to the 125?

Depends on how much you weigh and riding type and style.

Hello, I have mounted a fatty and shorty fmf exhaust on my yz 250 23, my question is is it protected with the 50 n3ew pos 2 series carburetion and 178 main jet, or should it go up to 180, thanks in advance

Hi J, I'm writing from Italy, I'm a big fan of your channel and Pingree channel. I also have 2 yz 250s and they are fantastic bikes! (steel and aluminium). My question is: why do you use short PC or FMF silencers in almost all projects? Here in Italy we use a longer silencer like the PC factory sound, would the short one be better? In theory do I gain more over-revs with the long one? Thanks for the reply, greetings from Italy and congratulations for the videos with yz 250!

If you really wanna know about 2strokes, listen to the podcast where Stanke talks about 2strokes, I Gypsy Tales I always use a Shorty

Shortys are for torque so if its over rev your looking for the longer silencer is the way to go, I like short shifting myself so I always run a shorty on mine,
