YZ250 steering stem bearing maintenance

After a weekend of riding and cleaning up the yz I went to move my bike after it was sitting for a couple days. Went to move it and found that the steering/handle bar was a slightly hard to move and felt like it was binding. Decided to dig in and grease up the bearings. By right bearings should be replaced but in the means of riding i went ahead and cleaned and greased them up and in the end it worked out.

Rebuild your steering stem ... while you're naked! :D ... seems like they should have a hole in the frame so you can just lube the bearings. Nice pooch!

They should have a hole in the lower triple clamp to drain the water. I found there was no area for water to drain from the bottom when I pulled it. Also the stem cap seal is a joke lol
