YZD SAN ANTONIO 1996

Remembering Grandfather Yang Zhenduo’s first visit to San Antonio in 1996. The First Yang Chengfu Tai Chi Chuan Centers in the USA had just been created (San Antonio, Tx; Royal Oaks, Mi and New York). During this event He was named Honorary Mayor of the City of San Antonio. There was a demonstration of the First section of the long form by Horacio Lopez San Antonio Students, followed by the young Yang Master Yang Jun (saber); Master Yang Zhenduo (Double edge sword); Yang Jun (part of Empty Hand form) and finally the Proclamation Ceremony as Mayor of the City of San Antonio. Some of you may enjoy watching and reminiscing about those meaningful times 24 years ago at Our Lady of the Lake University.
