Aight, if I had to guess what the final potion was before it was spilled: - Kuzco would drink it somehow and then would slowy feel the effects of it, making him more of a douche and gain powers. - He would go on to be a massive douche to everyone without exception and slowy go "Why did i go to school, im the bloody emperor" before slowy transforming intoa dragon and causing massive amounts of damage. - At somepoint he would just straight up explode (maybe Yzma had a plan to defeat him) wiping him for good and making his memory awful for years to come.
