Seemed Biased from the start No Offense but you fished different shorelines, docks ,and different hooks. I could turn the hook up 2mm tighten my drag and landed all those you lost on the Roboworm which almost made a tie if you count the 4 points ya lost. As far as durability Zman of course or KVD perfect plastics. However in clear water 8-10+ feet visibility the soft bait gets bit more often. Decent comparison do another one and be surprised. Hook it up!!

I can see where you're coming from. Honestly, both baits are great and it probably should have been a really tight contest, if not a tie. I'd definitely recommend both to a friend. I think I was a little too rushed at the start knowing I only had 45 minutes and didn't take my time to land them properly, which lead to me getting frustrated, which only made things worse. Anyway, thanks for watching and the feedback. I'll try to make future comparison videos more fair for both baits!

I enjoyed this video; thumbs up for storytelling, editing and production. Nice lake full of fish, by the way. Thanks also for the info on the Roboworm Ned worm. I didn't know these were out there but, as you showed, nothing beats the durability of the Z-Man ElaZtech plastics. I've used all kinds of Z-Man products for years and for a variety of reasons, including buoyancy, they out perform practically everything. One comment on the fish getting off while jumping or thrashing around. It happened to me quite frequently the first few months of using Ned rigs and I think the fish had grabbed the lure but when they opened their mouth it would pop out. The solution I found was to use a MH vs M rod, 8 lb minimum, and really hammer the hookset hard even on the slightest tappy tap. In a lot of cases a really big bass will tappy tap just like a dink so you never know. I subbed; any fellow Z-Man aficionado is a friend of mine! :) Merry Christmas, Don

Dude try reeling down on the fish first till you feel the weight then lift the rod tip to set the hook. Your pulling stright up basically removing the bait from the mouth

I always rig dark side up-light side down to mimic countershading.

That makes sense. I've tried both ways and haven't noticed a big difference in results either way. Certainly something to keep in mind though for those days that the bass are really picky!

I think you need to incorporate Google in more videos, she seemed nice. Dude that pike that chased it up was awesome! Freeze it at @4:40 and you can see its side. Clearly, the Z-Man is the better option IN MY OPINION. Definitely says something about the material and how it can flex and stretch to not get in the way of the hook during initial penetration - can't say for sure that is the conclusion but it has to be part of the reason for lost fish. Overall, I loved this video - great concept. I hope you make more videos like this in the future; maybe an entire playlist series???

I think you need to do is make it harder hook set. The Ned rig fishs won't come off
