i'm having the hardest time keeping the dress from falling because it's so heavy and i have no chest lol Tried modifying the dress by adding extra straps but that didn't go well since the sleeves piece has to go underneath the dress. Then i found something like an elastic cincher people use with the back piece with clasps that go over the chest, supposed to be better than the ties, but can't get them on amazon/ebay since demand for hanfu not that high on those platforms. In the end I bought some sheet suspenders for mattress i plan to sew snap buttons to lmao hopefully it works the same.

If you don't study history. Through watching Chinese and Korean dramas, we can also find the difference between the two countries' clothing. In ancient times, Korea was much poorer than China. China has a large area and 56 nationalities, so there are many kinds of clothing. Korean area is much smaller, and there is only one nation, the history is shorter, so the clothing style is single. The most important thing is that Korean clothes are shorter and more fat, with a high waist. Chinese clothes are longer and have bigger sleeves. Although there are similarities, the overall difference is still great. China and Korea have each other's characteristics.☺️

Nope, like the Japanese Kimonos, all races are welcomed to wear it. Save for some new gen Koreans who got offended at Beijing Olympics when a local grown Korean wore Hanbok at their opening ceremony (fact: Hanbok designs also derived from Chinese Hanfu). People are just ignorant.
