I’ve been having this exhaust close to a week now I love it I got the full cat back exhaust love it I haven’t heard it with the silencer on yet I took them off as soon as installed but love this exhaust my car backfires and it’s stick with a k&n performance intake but it’s a 6 speed Manual maybe that’s why it backfires love this exhaust 🚗🔥

I own a G35 so even though this dual exhaust would look better I'm hearing people say the single exhaust is better performance wise. Is that true? That's the only determining factor on which one I buy... I'm having trouble deciding.

The single is a great flowing exhaust, if performance is the determining factor we generally recommend it as the performance option between the two. Not only because its exceptional flow characteristics, but also because of its weight.

how come i saw on a video somewhere that it was not carb legal? i purchased cat-back and im running stock cats. will i still fail smog even with stock cats (california location)?

The Z1 Exhaust has NOT been CARB certified for use in California. You will likely fail visual smog check even with stock cats. While it can be used for any purpose, it is intended solely for off-road / race purposes.

This may be a silly question but I'm going to ask anyways lol. I bought a silver 2004 G35 coupe and it came with Skyline 350 GT on the back just like that white one. I've heard that in Japan the G35 is referred to as that and it's Nissan instead of Infinity. Are there any differences between the two? I saw one time a right hand drive Nissan Skyline 350 GT and it got me wondering if that's actually the original and people here just put those decals on the rear to make it look unique lol I left it on mine but wanted to know if there's any differences in the two or if they're exactly the same car. Thanks

Kenneth, in Japan what we know as the Infiniti G35 is sold as the Nissan Skyline 350GT. The cars share a lot in common, but do have quite a few differences due to safety regulations and styling in Japan. A lot of people in the US prefer the 350GT or Skyline name over the Infiniti G35. What it really boils down to is personal preference.
