I just got this exhaust installed today, it’s loud when you get to 3-4rpms but it’s still quiet enough for my neighbors to not complain in the first 1-3rpms!!! NO SILENCER NEEDED!!!

Payne Blair so when I start it up, on cold starts or warm, it’s not loud. When I rev the engine it sounds great within the first 3k rpms but past that it does get loud. I have yet to install test pipes but considering my friends g37 wasn’t louder than my car with a motordyne set up that had resignators, but is now stupid loud with test pipes, the Z1 exhuast should be LOUD with test pipes. If you want something that sounds great and is quiet, go with this exhuast and no test pipes. If you’re trying to be stupid loud, get test pipes and this exhaust will be THAT MUCH LOUDER

Andres Montoya so your saying this exhaust is a good daily exhaust? You haven’t installed Z1 test pipes or Z1 HFC?

Payne Blair it’s a great daily if not paired with test pipes. I can’t install the test pipes yet because my car got hit and it’s at the shop but once I do install them, I know it’ll be loud asf

Andres Montoya so would you say a Z1 single exit with stock headers and cats is louder than a motordyne cat back with art pipes? That’s the other setup I was looking at. I moved off from getting a Tomei. I have an 03 350z DE btw. I have just nismo s tune exhaust on it rn. I just want something louder but not shit sounding

What comes along with just the muffler when purchased? Will it still come with the adjustable hanger clips and extension? I have a stock exhaust on my 05 g35 sedan and it only allows for single exit but I am definitely wanting some upgrades starting with the sound.

Do you have to trim the bumper to fit the muffler? These examples appear to have the tip cutout trimmed

The factory bumper does not need to be trimmed or modified to fit the muffler. Some of the examples in the video are race cars that may have been modified or had the center section of the bumper tucked upwards.

In theory (with some work) it would fit but we can't confirm a true bolt on system. We offer the G35 Sedan Touring which is direct bolt on.

A Tomei for a 350z is 100% an incredible system. As for is it better? Totally subjective. Price, ours is better. Weight, Tomei is better. Each have their advantages and both are very respectable systems for the platform.
