No freaking way. I bought my front end swap and was looking for a vid on it. Plus there’s no better z31 youtuber than you.

I owned an 87 and always thought the Zenki front was better, it's just got that 80's style that the car needs.
@sevshyyper67503 жыл бұрын
been wondering if you can do the opposite
@Newtype0572 жыл бұрын
@@sevshyyper6750 me too,I assume work the opposite way? Less cutting,if I go through with it eventually I’ll make a video or something

To avoid swiss cheesing your headlight buckets, make a paper template of the bucket hole (s) from the parts car, using the crossmember spot weld flange edges as a X-Y reference. Of course this only works if you have the parts car as a source. Great video!

The fitment issue on the front lower lip is a well know issue , in your case with the zenki fenders it makes the gap even wider.

Thank you good sir. I have a '84 slicktop with a 87 front bumper only. Still has the 84/85 headlights and hood. Bumper was shaved a bit to accommodate the headlights in the closed position. I want a zenki front again. I bought it like that :/

Hey dude could you do a walk-through of setting a distributor correctly. Like if it's removed and how to reinstall correctly. Because the gear will fit any way but not point correctly if not aligned. Thanks man.

The bottom plate on the headlight seems to be what's preventing it from seating all the way. Could you not remove that instead of cutting the body? Or is the lens of the headlight bulged out too?

You think the hood from the 84-86 300zx hood will fit on an 87 300zx?
@derekbernhard91914 жыл бұрын
Down where the hood is between the headlights, the hood will not be the right width. The early headlights are a different width than the later ones.
