I can almost do that. Bought the game in 2015. Still playing it. I dig it out for a few days at a time. I can't let myself play too far into it. I wander around and do stuff...But I never get too far into missions. Sadly I just completed Hearts of stone..But I still have Blood and Wine and the main mission to finish. I walk into pubs and just look around, stand in fields...spending hours with a beer in real life (sad I know) just taking it in. The Seven Cats outside of Novigrad and the Cockatrice inn are two of my fave haunts....as well as Skellige looking over a castle wall onto the sea. It may seem weird that a game that I 'love' I cannot finish. But finishing Skyrim put me into a place I never want to be again. When I hear the music of Skyrim I am always like 'ahh, gone, finished.......' and it saddens me. When I hear the Witcher music and see visuals...I sort of feel like it is an old friend waiting to see me again....I think 'no, plenty more for me here'......So, I eagerly await the weekend, a few Kriek beers ( yes, this game got me into it) and a stroll around Velen are what is waiting for me......Returning to the arms of an old friend.....
@MrJimmypickles3 жыл бұрын
@@1977Futre love it, the earlier stage of me playing this game I’d always sit with some beer or liquor whilst playing through it, I completely get you don’t wanna finish it though. In fact, every single time I’ve restarted the game I always find or do something that I hadn’t seen before.

@@1977Futre Skyrim and Witcher= my two favourite games of all time. Bethesda and CDPR are sitting on it too long because hardly they will ever make better games than that. Almost a year ago I bought an Xbox One for my birthday, and this was the first game my brother recommended. I wasn't too excited about it, since it was the last game in the trilogy, but I still gave it a shot. And boy, am I grateful I played it, because this game has helped me endure through a lot of hard situations

This game will forever put a smile on my face. A huge smile. Thank you to ALL of the CDPR developers who worked day in day out to give us this UNFORGETTABLE experience. I am infinitely happy to have played The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt.

I never played a game again after I played The Witcher 3. I don't really feel the need to play games anymore, but I still really miss the Witcher universe. Like just the nature, riding on Roach, running away from drowners, and talking to the characters in the game. The music. It was so real to me. I can't roam around too much because of a chronic disease, so it was a way for me to bee free, in a way. It will always hold a special place in my heart.

I haven't heard these tracks in SO LONG. Wow, the nostalgia just comes right back and slaps so hard. I have to play this again. Thank you for posting this. I haven't played The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt since the major update. It's going to be an amazing experience once again once I get my new gaming RIG. This game will never get old, and it seems like every time you play, there's always a new route to take with every quest. I love the side missions as they bring such great exploration of the euphoric maps. I can't wait to experience this now with HDR and Ray-Tracing, making a gorgeous world even more beautiful. Hands down, one of the best Fantasy RPG's of all time, IMO. Thank you, CDPR. For all the amazing memories.

Cherish the moments of playing this game afresh, ladies and gents and those in-between. For it will be a long time before we'll being seeing such a colossus of a game, so well-made, so well designed, so full of adventure, quests, etc. again. Delight in that you were alive to see this masterpiece of a video game, and honestly, try not to make comparisons to any other game, because, while I know it is damn hard, this game has so much to offer that it's a once in a life-time creation. A game born from that rare occasion when all the symbols, stars, and planets align in perfection.

Played the game over and over and over again, never before felt that much connection to a character, story, music and gameplay before in my life. The moment I finished one playtrou i went to the other and again and again. Now only the moments and memory lives on, just the music brought me back to these days and i loved every moment. Thank you

Thanks for your vid. As a Polish person I read all the books by mr Sapkowski when i was a teenager. Then came the tv series, and feature film - it was cringy but had some charm. Then came games, I finished first one, then rushed the second one. My life was focused on different things than my hobbies at that time. Never had a chance to play w3 until recently. Finally after 7 years. love every bit of it. I even got back to the Witcher books, and that music ja perfect to listen during read.

dude, sorry but something like that is a bit of a red flag for me. i hope your relationship is good but she should be more supportive of your hobbies, she would hate it if you criticized her for her hobbies, how is it fair for her to hate yours? not enjoying video games is one thing but hating it when your partner plays them is kinda... eh.

@phoenixtalon1003 жыл бұрын
@@SorrySuckYou A lot of games don't need a TV - and there can be multiple TVs if they do. It depends on whether they are using a console or a PC, to be honest. Though, you can still use a PC screen for consoles, you would just need to manually set up speakers, unless the screen has them built in

Even if its for just a moment, this helps me feel normal again, reminiscent of the younger me who had no worries, before all the stress and self-hatred. The Witcher 3 is truly a work of art and a masterpiece that all should experience at least once. Thanks for making this video, even if i am 3 years late to finding it. Don't forget to always find a reason to smile, it may not be what fixes the problems you might be experiencing, but it puts a little bit more light back into the world, to stand against all the darkness and stressors.

Sometimes everything in the world just aligns and comes together perfectly. Lightning in a bottle. That summarizes the Witcher 3. I didn't even like the previous instalments that much, but W3 grew into my favourite game of all time pretty much immediately. And then when I thought it couldn't get any better, CDPR hit us with the DLCs.
