That black and gold paint scheme reminds me of the Yamaha Midnight Special from the early 80's every time I look at it

That bike is just downright pretty and evokes all the right things.

I give panigales, streetfighters and other crotch rockets a run for their money. I've scraped the pegs on both left and right side on the '21 cafe. Very capable bike. I'm about to change the gearing in the back in order to gain more top end. Also adding a quickshifter to avoid using the clutch. I have a couple of ducati's but the rs cafe is awesome.

I have a very similar set-up on my '19 Cafe 40mm f/r sag. Local suspension guy tuned it for me. Tires made a huge boost to confidence. I went with Dunlop Mutants, great tires. Comparable to Michelin Road sixes for less money and they look cool.

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question. By "seated" do you mean screwed all the way in, then loosened 2 1/2 turns? I'm having trouble getting my 2019 cafe set up well, and I want to copy your setup and see how it works. Any response would be appreciated!

Hey guys I've got a 23 cafe and I'm getting some speed wobble at about 125+ mag, I've adjusted my posture and it still presents itself sometimes, fresh tires just balanced, im starting to think it's my suspension, anyone else have this issue?

What is your suspension setup? Would also need to know your weight. My bike is Rock Solid stable to 150 mph indicated. I'll get an occasional wobble on acceleration but it is nothing more than communication, never anything drastic at all not even close.

@@bmasontv on stock suspension im 170lbs, im the second owner so I don't know if the guy before me stiffened the suspension for whatever reason

@@NightCat900 main thing you need to do is find out what the rear spring preload is set to. try adjusting the rear preload to 190 mm. ( as measured feom the rear spring perchbto the base of the adjustment nut that it rests against. I am 205 lb with gear, and 190mm setting worked okay for me, I ended up tightening up another 3 mm for my weight and it works very well

@@bmasontv thanks for the help I'll start there, on my way home today I rode a little harder on the pegs to try and force her down a little more seem to help so I'm thinking you're right on the rear shock
