Should The Hand be able to erase ultimates' projectiles? I'd say no since using it against it would have been unfair, due to The Hand's attack being big enough to easily erase projectiles and the fact that there is no risk and reward factor using it. It's just simply cheap since the opponent wasted 2 bars while you just easily erased it with no loss.

I think he should be able to do it, because if you have time to erase an ultimate you sure do have time to block it. In either case the opponent loses the 2 bars. Except you actually can easily miss the hands erase, unlike the dodge
