I caught sturgeon on level two telescopic rod.. as long the reel has the highest weight compared to rod and line and set drag to max and it’s pretty fun

Just played Everglades for the first time last night. It was pretty brutal with the prices. People say it’s a good place to farm but probably for higher lvls with a bigger keep net. I can hold 110lbs and filling it the first day didn’t even cover the cost of going there. I used #3/0 hooks though. Maybe I have to go bigger. Caught one unique a day. Stayed for 5 days. Took a few hours. I made money but I swear grinding rocky is better for me for now until I’m a higher lvl. Couldn’t catch the damn sunfish either lol. Tried a few times waiting for the cooldown. Might go back later while I still have the license but probably won’t go back for a little while.

Will the #2/0 Frog walkers work with the bass in the everglades or will they only catch smaller bass because of the hook size?

Also, do you recommend Everglades or Alberta more for xp and money?

Frog poppers should work, I haven't used them but others say they work! Alberta you need a better setup than the everglades so it depends on DLC etc.

You can make about 2k at lone star if you use the right set up and keep every single thing you catch it adds up and it’s free

Emerald if you can get there, if not then Rocky. Only go to everglades when prepared or you will lose lots of cash
