Zach Bryan plays his song "Something In The Orange" live in concert before a sold-out crowd at The Warfield in San Francisco, California on October 22, 2022. Something In The Orange was released as a single in April 2022 and then appeared on Bryan's third studio album, American Heartbreak (2022). Zach Bryan is a country music singer-songwriter from Oologah, Oklahoma. Joining him onstage were Read Connolly (steel guitar / banjo), J. R. Carroll (keyboards), Lucas Ruge-Jones (fiddle / trumpet), Graham Bright (guitar), Noah LeGros (guitar), Zephyr Avalon (bass), and Steve Clark (drums). To buy his music, visit store.zachbrya....
============
Something In The Orange lyrics:
It'll be fine by dusk light I'm telling you baby
These things eat at your bones and drive your young mind crazy
But when you place your head between my collar and jaw
I don't know much but there's no weight at all
And I'm damned if I do and I'm damned if I don't
'Cause if I say I miss you I know that you won't
But I miss you in the mornings when I see the sun
Something in the orange tells me we're not done
To you I'm just a man, to me you're all I am
Where the hell am I 'supposed to go?
I poisoned myself again
Something in the orange tells me you're never coming home
If you leave today I’ll just stare at the way
The orange touches all things around
The grass trees and dew, how I just hate you
Please turn those headlights around
I need to hear you say you've been waitin' all night
There’s orange dancing in your eyes from bulb light
Your voice only trembles when you try to speak
Take me back to us dancing this wood used to creak
To you I'm just a man, to me you're all I am
Where the hell am I 'supposed to go?
I poisoned myself again
Something in the orange tells me you're never coming home
If you leave today I’ll just stare at the way
The orange touches all things around
The grass trees and dew, how I just hate you
Please turn those headlights around
To you I'm just a man, to me you're all I am
Where the hell am I 'supposed to go?
I poisoned myself again
Something in the orange tells me you're never coming home
If you leave today I’ll just stare at the way
The orange touches all things around
The grass trees and dew, how I just hate you
Please turn those headlights around

Zach Bryan official bio:
Oklahoma born and bred Zach Bryan has been making an impact on the underground country music scene for the past few years even while he was still actively serving in the US Navy. He released a pair of independently recorded and released albums, DeAnn (2019) and Elisabeth (2020) that provided the spark that would ignite his arrival. New songs and videos would appear via socials and KZbin all fueled by a voracious word-of-mouth community that would ascend into a dramatic trajectory that continuously draws millions of new country and rock fans into his orbit week after week.
Without the aid of extensive touring or commercial radio, his impact upon the new Americana culture skyrocketed purely on the strength of his deeply personal, relatable songs gaining a seemingly unstoppable momentum that resonates with music fans around the world. Upon his release from service, he traveled from base directly to the stage of the Grand Ole Opry. Soon after, shows in New York City and Nashville - at prestigious The Ryman Auditorium, no less, sold out in minutes without fanfare.
To date, every show of his first extensive US tour has found him connecting with fans in a Springsteen-esqe communal experience thanks to music and attitude that is simple, undiluted, genuine, and captivating. Bryan has surpassed 1 billion combined global streams with 12 million monthly Spotify listeners. All unprecedented terrain for a new artist completely free from any music industry influence or outside assistance.
Zach Bryan is a true artist who believes in letting the music do the talking as the songs themselves take centerstage. He embodies the Outlaw attitude of legends like Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson while drawing in young alternative fans and new country purists alike. The bond he shares with his audience is something special to witness live. He tells his story through the songs, delivering them with raw emotion and pure passion, generating a mutual respect in an authentic way very few can and do.

Thanks for watching my video. I gathered all the songs I shot at this concert in a KZbin playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PLwdc0qZNx0tahOK7WMU8jEupzFQM5TAo_. The songs are Take Me Home Country Roads, Open The Gate, Highway Boys, Condemned, Quittin' Time, Heading South, From Austin, Something In The Orange, '68 Fastback, Heavy Eyes, Burn Burn Burn, and Revival. Enjoy!

It would really be amazing to have someone clean up the audio on these, there’s just nothing out there as good around; thanks for sharing!
@TimBracken
@TimBracken 2 жыл бұрын
Hi CR, thanks. Can you share what you mean by clean up? Venues like this one only allow small pocket-sized cameras without detachable lenses--the kind of cameras that don't support external mic attachments--but even with a fancy external mic, I feel like any audience recording would have the same challenges. When you're surrounded by 2,300 fans who are screaming, singing, talking, stomping their feet, crinkling plastic cups, etc., and then you combine that with a venue with less-than-ideal acoustics, you're bound to wind up with an audio track like this. A soundboard recording would obviously solve everything, but the sound engineers don't give those up (at least not to me). Cheers! Tim

I bet those are the moments for a songwriter/singer that probably let him truly know & come to realize just how incredible of a musician he is and also just how many hearts & souls he's touched with his beautiful written lyrics and super raw emotion in which he carries in his voice. Good got him, I may have literally just discovered him & his music, but I must say...he is so amazing at his craft that he def does deserve any & all of the good feels & positive energy in return.

Probably the most talented song writer in this age..875 views in one day is no justice..give it a week it'll hit a million. Crowd knows every single word, lost art

That’d sound terrible, Stapleton’s voice sounds so weird it wouldn’t fit his.

he reminds me more of an artist that would of come out during the 90s grunge era than a modern county singer. Nothing out there even comes close to his style
