i'm only guessing but it should be easy, you just need to bring the tone an octave or two down (using an octaver for example), though im sure there are probably more sophisticated ways of turning a guitar into bass

im pretty sure this song is about the garden of eden / original sin. Adam and Eve wished they could be rescued to their former PURE selves, before Satan planted his seed. Before Satan, there was no evil, the laws of nature governed. I could be wrong, its kind of confusing.
