He's dubbing the bass sound from that other mixing board...he will beat box for maybe 10 seconds and then Loop it throughout the song so that it plays over and over and over same with the bass sound he hits those squares on that mixing board one will be for one sound one square for another sound Etc and he'll do that for 5 times per sound get a little bit going and loop it so that it plays continually through the song and then the mics are obviously each tune to make his voice sounded different way like the backup singer mic along with an echo mic along with a normal mic

what is it called, that setup he does at the start? Recording each diddy and then keeping them all looping on like that? 3 answers that i am not looking for are dubbing, sampling or recording. Unless im in fact wrong and it is called like overdubbing or something. But i first saw it in a video called You Need Me by Ed Sheeran. He sets up with the lil string riff, then the beatbox, then a few other sounds too. It amazed me when i saw him do it. Soundwise and just talentwise. This here is the second time ive ever seen anyone do this. And i saw Ed do it 2 years ago. Basically, i want to search for more of this but dont know how to begin my search. Im sure theres a specific name for it.....
