Just heard this song on my iTunes Discovery playlist and I immediately fell in love with this song! Have it on repeat and know all of the words now, took me 3-4x replays and I got it! I love great ballads and especially ones that tell a story, it’s always a love story or broken hearted one….and it makes me want to be there in concert, standing there singing those words and crying my heart out!! Tears of completeness and joy and sadness all wrapped up into one!! Thank you young man for this amazing song that is the lives of so many of us who pretend to be “fine” but we’re still so brokenhearted and doing the best we can. Signed & Spoken from a lady of someone who I know is living this same life bc he left me and our family years ago. 😢

I can see that, but I see a young Tracy Lawrence in his formative years. Nearly the same look and storytelling sound. He’s doing really good with the traditional style of country bc it’s what’s needed now in that genre, to keep it alive!
