RJ is ocd. and ocd comes with physical sensations. ur brain doesn’t know the difference when sexual thoughts come in no matter who is in those images. you’re not “turned on” your just getting physical sensations from thoughts.

RJ isn’t always OCD.

I watch so many video about RJ, but it didn’t actually help, I was ok about 3 weeks, then I had a relapse this past few days, I saw a measure, is about exposed myself into my triggers, think about my partner past as mush as I can, and don’t do any compulsive actions, then my brain will not think this as a threat, then I will overcome this. I know that this measure are used as OCD treatments, but I really want your opinion about how this will comply with RJ?

Not sure I understand your question.

rj is ocd. whatever clinical advice there is out there about ocd treatment i would highly recommend following it as a means to overcome the RJ

be careful about “thinking about ur partners past as much as you can” because that may be rumination. and rumination is a compulsion. if a triggering thought comes in, you can either recognize it as rj/ocd and immediately focus on something else in reality or you can take it as an opportunity to make an exposure exercise out of it and maybe replay the thought a few times until your anxiety comes down
