This is true genuine soul written soul music. Folk country rock whatever, he’s one of a damn kind. No label needed. He’s more than talented. He does actually have a decent range so not to be rude but you don't know what range means. And further more, Dylan could actually sing quite well at one point in time. Look up live performances likes "Threw it all away", his voice got a worn down because of the style of singing he uses but he was always hitting the notes he was supposed to be hitting and sometimes those notes varied greatly in range.
