I'm sorry come up as a Sheldon but the English alphabet is based off the Greek alphabet which was also a for of a number system. Alpha = first, Omega = last, ect. Therefor the alphabet does have logical reason to have order. Put that in your pipe and smoke it Mr. Garry!!
