I just love the INFP expert walking around and not participating in the story only expaining what is going on, which is actually a representation of the viewer and what’s going on in their head. Also she acts like nothing special is going on, which is a very accurate demonstration of us, humans. We are just observers of our own lives, but I think that introverts are the only people, who fully embraced it. Notice how all the I types are focused on the moment, they are completely in it, while E types are somewhere in between present and future. My God, this video is brilliant. She found me holding four books in my hand and putting one back after I decided I was not ready to go back to that series. She pulled me and told the librarian she found me. The librarian looks at me and realizes I did not work there. Then another person walks over to me ask if I know if they had this book. They did and I told them where to find it. I cried when the library shut down during Covid and wrote an ode to the dying library during Covid. I read 180 books that year. Almost maxed out the amount of books I checked out from the library.

I'm an INTJ but I understand if someone flirts. Flirting back though is a complete exotic science that I have no understanding of
@VaniaAjah11 күн бұрын
No offenses, but it you're so clueless about someone flirted with you, maybe you're more to an ISTJ rather than INTJ. Honestly speaking, mbti test could be wrong because they assumed by certain words such as : ‘possibilities’, ‘imagination’, and ‘deep’ apply only to intuitives, when in fact sensors can also enjoy possibilities, be imaginative, and enjoying deep conversations. INTJ always sees outside the box, that's why actually they're more tune to their Emotions as they have Ni as their dominant function which makes them always see all possibilities. On the other hand, ISTJ knows and livings only based on what they've told and barely thinks outside the box (Ne is their inferior thing), makes them ignored some possibilities. In this case : a possibility of someone's being crush on them. Their cognitive functions and how their response under "the grip" become a big difference which also the main reason why an INTJ could act outside the norms and ignores morals while ISTJ could not. Just like me, i personally could ignore norms, morals or religion as i hold 'the value' inwards (my own value, personally, subjectively). As someone who has an ISTJ's brother and a long terms of ex spouse INTJ, i could clearly see the differences. Greetings from INFJ-A 🙋♀️

Unfortunately the INFJ hasn't learned that for successful communication you have to make it in a way the other party understands, something like "Would you like to go on a date with me?" especially if the plan for the failed communication is never seeing this person again, the sting of rejection has to be less than the agony of self recrimination for failing to be brave.

(2:35-2:40) As an ISTJ, I have to say that is painfully accurate. Dating involves talking about emotions and allowing yourself to feel emotions. Neither of which is my strong suit. Being open about what you're feeling with another person and having to deal with your heart and those pesky emotions that are erratic and not logical at all? Not gonna happen. Edit, I will fully admit that as an ISTJ, I am in fact, totally clueless when someone is flirting with me or trying to show they're interested in me.

I'm also an INTJ, and I personally adore libraries & bookstores. So much knowledge & brain-entertainment Nowadays, I prefer exploring digital texts due to the increased range of accessibility; when I was younger (too young to drive) my parents would regularly drop me off at a public library, or a bookstore, for HOURS while they ran errands. Is it plagiarism if every single word you wrote applies to me?

Okay ... hands down... now I shipp ISTJ and INFJ - that's so cute and so saaaaad. As INFJs it's so hard to ask someone out... But this could evolve to a wholesome lovestory. Next week my mum (ISFJ) and I will go to the library, maybe I should keep my eyes open. - hopelessly single INFJ that don't like dating apps. 😘 P.S. Great video the storytelling is awesome. Love it.

I totally also relate to the ISFJ loving the old-school feel of books…and also in an essentially kindhearted way letting an accidentally judgmental statement slip out, lol! 🥹🥹 (I test INFP, but i relate also to a lot of the ISFJ life, lol!!) Such great freewheeling interactions at the library amongst the types, loved this episode!! 😊🙏🙏

For the record, if INTJ showed up, INTJ would be in the corner with a laptop and one or two select books (that they brought from home), watching the surroundings silently in supervillain mode, not going for the purpose of loudly slamming book-readers for going to libraries.

The INTP Dad and bitey toddler interactions are very much like my relationship with my late father was during my childhood. He was always trying to teach me something...and I was constantly creeping away to get up to mischief. As a small child, I used to think my full name ended in "COME HERE!". 😂

I worked at a library. I was tech services… I did digitization for a bunch of Roman law books… did FRIDA services… The library is still there but thanks to my team and I… physical books are all self check out, everything is E-books… the stacks have diminished, and now there’s a coffee shop and hangout area for the students. If you want actual books they’d have to request them online and they get delivered. So stacks management is done by the delivery team, no more crazy librarians, you’d automatically get your credit card charged or your tuition bill goes up for late returns, and the university saves money. I’m very proud of my accomplishments. We are in a new era. I no longer work for that library. But everyone who still has a job there remembers me.

Also remember 🤣, the dog-earring & Dorito-stained books was traumatising lol, E/INTJ how blasphemous! To use the toilets... only?!? ...
