His creative and integral mindset got me thinking he is SO underestimated and so unfair that he is not a huge influencer worldwide. But... Now that I think about it, and judge me and if I sound selfish, i feel happy that we got such a beautiful inspiration and creator just for a few of us... @Darrencriss! You are so freaking talented! I do hope you become successful even if you care more about the music than the fame. (Jimmy Page was the same way; he cared more about Led Zeppelin the band & its music..but he ended up with BOTH). If you can do songs like Lost Boys Life & Fkin around...you are going to hit it big as well. I wish you nothing but the best kid. (I'm from the same Era as Jane Lynch if I'm gonna be honest...so yeah you're still a kid 😀). Truthfully never saw Glee on air. Pandemic hit & I came across the show on Amazon prime. But I've heard you since that lost boys video & only because I recognized who Gaten was. I didn't even catch you in the video until I saw who you were in Glee. lol. What a Disconnect huh??!!! I go to B'way shows quite often as I live just outside of NYC, and I agree with what your friend said about seeing plays.. its always new to someone every night. You are new to me and I'm glad. Lost Boys Life is a GREAT SONG! If you've got stuff like that planned coming out; I'm in...I'm buying it all! You are right on a cusp Darren. you never know! The industry is still kind of inching back while we are still in the middle of the pandemic as “normalcy” returns so it is all dependent on whenever things are 100% actually safe to return to and he always seems to have something up his sleeve for that but he probably does want to focus on music more as he said since it is the perfect time to and he hasn’t ever really released something SUPER big like this music wise since his EPs were kind of more low radar since his team is literally the same small, intimate one he’s had for 10+ years now and as he said, he’s not with a HUGE label!
