Zack I would love if you could make a video directed at how healthcare workers can improve their care with SCI patients. I'm a peds nurse and knowing how I can help young people with SCIs would be very helpful. All people are different but seeing the patients perspective is so important.

Hi Zack thanks for the videos. Your an inspiration to many people and I love your smile and personality! I worked taking care of a lady who had M.S. She was a quadriplegic, because of it. She was awesome,we became close friends,I watched her kids grow up,she saw mine grow up. When her legs spasmed I would hold onto her knees, kind of pushing on them. It stopped the spasm. I'm sure you have probably tried everything, but thought I would pass that along.

4:01 I've wondered about that as well when I watched your haircut video. To me, it looks like two wheelchairs made into one. 6:21 I don't understand why anyone would get a tattoo, let alone when you have sensitive skin. 8:10 I have seen that controller, but I didn't know that it was made by Microsoft. I noticed that one or two of your videos were deleted. Do you know why, and can you make a version of these videos that account for that reason?

There are many benefits that someone with a spinal cord injury would receive from exercise. From the photo you showed, you look like you get in strength training. Do you also do cardio and standing frame? Those would be good for other reasons like making sure your heart is healthy and keeping your bones strong.

Hey Zack, my name is Grace. I severed my spinal cord at C3-C4 during my birth (doctors mistake). The fact that I was so young and had very intensive therapy I recovered to the point to where I can walk around (when my right leg has feeling and not too much pain) and retained a lot of function in my left side especially. My right side kind of just comes along for the ride and I have a lot of sensation loss there. Do you get pain? Other that my feeling loss, one of the side effects I still have from my injury 30 years on, is constant severe nerve pain. You are awesome and prove all of us with spinal injuries can still go on to have fufilling lives. I have never had a friend with an SCI before actually. I am originally from New Zealand but I moved to China of all places back in 2016.

Great video Zack, I’m just wondering about your spasms. Have you ever taken or do you take an antispasmodic such as baclofen? I’m just asking because after putting up with spasms, especially at night, I have recently started on Baclofen but haven’t had massive success yet. You make great videos, I find them really informative. Another question popped into my head if you don’t mind. Have you ever thought about using a hoist? I know that your mum and girlfriend both manually move you around but I worry about their backs, they are both so small and you are a big guy. Have you thought about or discussed a hoist or another method of moving you that doesn’t involve them manually moving you? Sorry for the long comment 😆

Dude, I just LOVE watching your videos!!! You are such a cool guy! Would love to hang out some day. :) I know politics are soooo saturated these days into our everyday lives, and I apologize in advance, but I can't help but wonder... what would Kaeperknick do, if he had an injury like yours? Would he kneel or would he understand what it is like, living a wonderful life, regardless if your legs or arms worked, without making millions of dollars to throw a ball around? Sorry, I just have to wonder. I am so inspired by you and I want to go to Hawaii with you!!!! It is my favorite place in the whole world! Hugs, from Tammy in Mesa, AZ

Element Air Groan??? What are you, like 12? I have spent a lot of my adult life, working with disabilities and how to overcome IDIOTS who think it's funny, cool and PROFIT to make fun of your peers because they are different. Now that we have a new President, I have to criticize the two-faced liberals who change their opinions to suit their own agendas. SHAME ON YOU FOR "GROANING" ME. Use your brain, okay? Don't listen to the media or social media. God help us.....
