Wow you finally delivered it, such a gratification to myself and many others who have requested it. I know the A2000 glove very well, seen it used heavily in your videos. Who knew there were many others and all the cool stories behind it? Loved the part of you playing with your parents and tending to your mom's injury, very sorry that you lost a beloved glove. Yes I remember the day my dad ruined my custom 44 because he put it in my bag without me knowing and so I had to say goodbye to my 44 catchers mitt because it wouldn’t keep a ball in the pocket anymore

I wrote Zack an e-mail last year while I was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. My buddies in my platoon and I wanted to make sure he still felt welcomed on base (my entire platoon and I are huge fans!) Never did I expect to receive any type of response... but the next week I had the nicest email back from him, thanking me for reaching out. My buddies in my platoon and I were SO excited to personally hear from him. The fame has never changed this man, and that is why baseball fans across the globe love him. Awesome! I'm a glove connoisseur myself. I've had professional gloves since HS. Rawlings Heart of the Hide, Pro Preferred, Nokona, Louisville TPX. Un4tunately, I lost my collection during a move. Ugh! Still hurts. (I feel your pain bro) I Started a new collection....but I got older n stopped playing. So my current collection doesn't hav as many memories. But thx Zach. I'm a big Orioles fan living in NY. I have been to Camden Yards 5 times and was never able to snag a homerun ball. Long balls seem to be drawn to you. You are the man. Keep snaggin them my friend. This year is brutal with no fans allowed at games. Hopefully next season things will be back to normal.. Peace.

I have a Keith Hernandez signature model as well as a Ray Knight, Gary Carter, Johan Santana, Nolan Ryan, Tom Seaver, David Wright, Lenny Dykstra, Dwight Gooden and Darryl Strawberry. And the great thing about it is that if I ever want to go out and play catch, they're all in broken in condition and I can actually use them.

I’m a first basemen and I have a Rawlings pro preferred first base glove and I can absolutely agree with you that the leather is very dry and slick in cold weather I have missed catches during games thrown right to me that have done the same thing as yours and squirted out of my glove I really do believe it was the glove’s fault

So sad that you have let the gloves turn in pancakes and flat as can be. Takes 10 seconds to put a ball and a band around it to keep their shape. You could throw a little conditioner on them as well. You should treat the glove with a little more love. If you didn't have the gloves, I wonder how many balls you would catch.

Started collecting gloves since I found my Dad's old "Goose Goslin" glove at my grandma's house. Been finding them at garage sales ever since. Found a Willie Mays, Stan Musial, Joe Dimaggio, Roberto Clemente, Pie Traynor and many from the early 1900's, one inch webs...etc. Do you own any older gloves?
