I bought this mixer because of this video! I could never get my Kitchen Aid to do what this mixer has done with kneading bread. Thank you, thank you! I also now just leave my dough alone and watch it instead of adding flour like so many other videos tell you to do and the loaves are so much better!

I’m so happy to hear that you’re enjoying it! And yes, the bread comes out so much softer when we resist the urge to add more flour. I’m so happy the video was helpful ☺️

I have had my Zacme mixer for almost three months now. I bought it to try my bread dough after watching Amy Learns to Cook review of all three Zacme machines. I love it. It is quiet and has never had any issues with the dough.. I love your video with the whole wheat freshly ground. I have done 1/2 wheat and 1/2 while flour with my bread dough, but after watching your video, will use all whhole wheat. I do not sift my wheat flour after grinding, but am thinking of doing that with all fresh ground whole wheat to see how much of a difference it makes. You have avery calming voice in the video. Easy to listen to and very well done with good information. Thank you for a great video.

I just purchased this mixer. It is perfect for my needs. I have a 7 qt. Proline and plenty attachments and didn’t want to purchase the Ankarsrum. Two loaves of bread will work for me. Thank you for your well done review. I just got my Mockmill 5 weeks ago and have only made pancakes because I didn’t want to ruin my KitchenAid.

That was an excellent demo and review. I would love a mixer with a metal bowl (and that one has a great price), but I guess I’ll stick with my NutriMill Artiste. Thank you for sharing so much of your baking expertise. You’re a blessing to the FMF home baking community!

Thank you for testing and giving your true opinion. The dough hook kinda looks like the old nutrmill compact mixer which was discontinued, it was the predecessor to the Artiste i think. This may be a good option for anyone needing a mixer for smaller batches.

Thanks for the great review... I’ve been using a Bosch compact for 12 years now to make two loaves of fresh milled whole wheat every other day and this one seems to process the dough the same way but without all the wild straining sound effects and all quality stainless steel parts. The Bosch still works and develops the dough better tha than most mixers with zero bowl scraping ever needed, but I’ve always looked for something to replace it with that works as well but with the quality stainless steel parts and no straining. sound effects. This seems to be a possibility at last… I loved hearing your voice by the way… Wellness blessings to your family 🙏🏼

@@Lovelybellbakes I was leaning towards the black 7.4 quart but short the money and just looked and saw Amazon listing this grey 5.5 quart with a deal for $99 and jumped on it. Thank you so much for a meaningful review with your lovely voice and way of expressing yourself.

@@Lovelybellbakes It came today and I’m beyond stunned about what they’ve sent me for $99 😳 Still wishing that it was black 😂 but it’s everything I’ve ever imagined wanting in a stand mixer for my fresh ground loaves every other day 😍 Everything about it feels like it should out last me and that’s the prayer along with blessings to your family again 🙏🏼

I'm about to try my Zacme mixer and would like to make pizza. Monique, do you have a pizza recipe and and what would you recommend for kneading in the Zacme. I need help.

Here’s my pizza dough recipe video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZi9dKFjjrF2orMsi=wZwUKHOn1xBE5uD1 Here is the written recipe: lovelybellbakes.com/soft-fresh-milled-pizza-dough/ You can make 3 (14inch) pizzas in the zacme. Knead on speed 2 or 3.

As you know from some of my other comments I have been having a problem getting a windowpane with my Ank. I bought the Zacme and got it yesterday. It is great. It only took about 8 minutes to get a nice windowpane. Thank you for the recommendation! 😊 BTW have you ever tried the dough hook on the Ank? If so what did you think about it. I tried it once. I may have to try it again to see how it does.
@Lovelybellbakes4 ай бұрын
I’m so happy to hear that you had success with this mixer! I have used the dough hook for the Ank and I didn’t have a good experience. I kneaded for 20 minutes with no windowpane and then took the dough out and switched mixers because I didn’t have time to keep waiting.

This is an excellent demonstration. Thank you. How does the Zacme compare to the KA Commercial as far as the noise level is concerned? I know they are both using DC motors which are supposed to be quieter. Do you think that the Zacme is as sturdy as the KA Commercial mixer? The bowl shape is the same as my Kenwood Chef Titanium, which I love very much. But if the day comes when I have to replace the Kenwood, I will definitely consider the Zacme. New subscriber here, thanks again.
@Lovelybellbakes4 ай бұрын
As far as noise is concerned I’d say they’re about the same. The KA commercial does make a clicking sound when mixing dough that can get annoying tho. The Zacme does a better job with dough. Even the 5qt kneads faster than the 8qt commercial kitchenaid. The bowl on the Zacme is more lightweight than the commercial kitchenaid. I think the Zacme is worth a try before spending $700-$900 on a commercial kitchenaid for sure! Also, thank you for subscribing!
@sashineb.21144 ай бұрын
@@Lovelybellbakes Hello, thank you for your explanation. I had heard about the clicking noise from the KA Commercial (and ProLine 7 quart) mixers, and I wanted to avoid that. I thought your Zacme did an excellent job of handling the bread dough. The shape of the dough hook and the bowl work together very well, and I didn't notice any of the dough climbing up the hook as is the case with many other mixers. Also, I have read that many KA mixers do not handle bread dough well and that the mixers will get hot and shut off after a few minutes. I like the cooling system in the Zacme mixer, and also you mentioned that it did not get warm. Thanks again, and have a great day!

Also what size pan are you using? Pullman pans normally have covers, and where can I purchase the vitamin C powder?
