In this case, after performing the FXQ command , system did not pull the FO line automatically it's because system gave us Revalidation message with penalty.

It means revaluation without issue new ticket, might be eed to issue EMD for Penalties if any.

plz tell me the importance of EMD?? i used to change without using tsm and always works so what's the point of it?
