This made my respect for this trainer go even higher. He got the most energetic and intelligent breed in the world....The Border Collie. I cant imagine id ever go that route. Im so proud of Zac and have been enjoying him teach a dog who for most would be overwhelming. A border collie is just " too smart" for most households and would easily become bored or destructive. Awesome series. Hes handling it like its easy but i assure everyone it "aint" lol Border collies are known for their work ethic. Kudos to him for giving her everything she needs.. most people couldnt. 😊

Yes, there is a border collie who knows over 300 objects by name and can use the process of elimination, i think scientists call it fast mapping. When she was given a unfamiliar command...she literally weeded out all the familar options and chose the foriegn option and got it right!!! Im so glad people like Zac bring out the full potential of these high energy and high intelligence dogs.

Yes, i started doing videos on puppies weeks before I got my puppy. Great mentor . I adopted an 8 week old black Golden Doodle an previewing vids helped alot. But , my goodness how often can a puppy pee? Every hour? Should I restrict water access? IDK. 😣💫 hes now 9 weeks old and (with minimal distractions) does sit, down, stay for a cpl secs, leave it, and go get it..... bring it sometimes. I’ve been training my puppy fetch with two balls. After he goes after one, I catch his eye with the other ball. He will run back with the first ball in his mouth and I entice him with the second. Then we worked on “drop it” at the same time as when he coincidentally dropped the ball. Now he’s great at fetching and returning balls!

Inertia is so adorable. Thanks for the tips. I wanted to tell anyone reading this something really important. One day we are all going to stand before God. If you have ever lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain (omg) which is called blasphemy , hated someone (which God consideres murder) or done other things that are against His law ( the Ten Commandments), He sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, murderer. He will judge us, and because we have all broken His law, we ALL deserve hell. But because He loves us, He became a human about two thousand years ago, lived without sinning, and died a terrible death He didn’t deserve because of us. Three days later He rose from the dead and one day He is coming back. We all deserve the ultimate punishment (hell). But God loves us so much that He took the punishment on Himself. @@frosty7897 I always respond "she's a mess" but she's doing really good. She knows quite a few tricks and all of them have a hand signal to go with it. I don't think she will ever not be hyper though. She turned a year old in March and she is still this massive ball of energy. She does really well on walks unless she is highly distracted and she still jumps on people when she sees them. That is a fight to break lol

Hey Zack, can you tell me how long you waited until you allowed Inertia to interact this closely with your cat Angela please? I know you said you got Inertia in July but the video is dated October... I'm guessing it wasn't this long!!?? lol! We have two young cats (3 years old) who are brothers. Our new puppy Pippin is just over 9 weeks old. We kept them apart initially and how they've been within inches of each other, whilst Pippin is being held or on a tight lead. The cats are intrigued, we encourage both sides with treats but would appreciate your thoughts to take the next step! I've read stuff online but it's always the initial introduction. Pippin is being kept on a lead or in a pen all the time other than brief play times. You rock!! I've recommended you to SO many people! Thanks

Our dog's training relationship/understanding has increased more in the last month with your methods then in the last year of awkwardly trying to train her to behave by letting her know when she did bad, rather then just praising when she did right. She finally has a really good heel with treats!

I'm excited to try teaching our 1 year old collie to do stall, although I wish I started earlier, mainly because now she weighs 60lbs instead of the easy weight of a puppy lol! I wanted to ask (which has nothing involving the training) if you named your cat Angela because of The Office!? Love the videos and will continue to use them as my training basis!
