The two mayestro... son of great Shiv kumar sharmaji and great Tabla player Zakir Hussain ji played together played heavenly the raga..... Rag darwari.... this type of performance is called JUGAL BANDI...i.e. played togetherly... SHIV KUMAR SHARM JI is maestro of Santoor..... the young maestro continued to his father's dharohar with the same music instument called SANTOOR....

The santoor is also known as the shatha Tantra veena which is a hundred stringed veena. A santoor player normally also has mastery over the tabla as the percussion is closely reflected in playing the instrument.
