Hypothetically speaking - what would you do if you'd detect any imperfections (sanding marks, leftovers from seamlines) after priming? Would you strip the primer to touch up on those imperfections or is there better way?

Just sand/re-apply putty or glue/sand whatever just right on top of the primer. No need to strip it. Some will be removed in the re-sanding but then just do another coat of primer

Do you have a discord? Im coming from 40k and I'm into kit bashing. Would love to have some people to learn from, teach and see what others do. I see 'custom' job channels for dioramas and some Ludacris panel engraving. While that's cool I don't see much kitbashing and the info on the pitfalls we can encounter. Some stuff I'd like to see is re stiffening poly joints. Making or sourcing joints to use for custom/kitbash items to mount to models.

Bandai actually has a kit called bolden arms that comes with a ton of joints for use. You can tighten up loose joints with a thin coat of paint, top coat, etc.
