What is so funny but nice, is that while finding you on KZbin, there was a segment posted of you cooking with Martha Stewart. Why does the recipe on the website not include the sugar? All it says it 1 teaspoon of honey (optional). Without the sugar I don't think this recipe would taste right.

The taverna nearby puts feta on top of the tomatoes, so the feta flavor mixes with the tomato flavor, which leaves a special, super intense flavor. He serves it with garlic white bread slices. It's absolutely delicious. As far as I can tell he also has 1 layer of eggplant, which he chops into about 2 finger wide and long cubes. But he's very expensive. He calls the dish, "the chef's eggplant"
