Raqs karna toh haram hai according to Islam not according to balti culture.. balti culture was present before the advent of Islam in Baltistan.. Islam mai chahe mard ho ya aurat raqs Krna haram hai.. but afssos yeh cheez tabhi yaad ati hai jab ek ladki gaati hai.. jab ladkon ko gaane se nhi roka toh ladkiyon ko gaane se kis hesiyat se rok rhe ho
