I thought it's the first time everything's gonna settled with a great Shogi game and it would be very exciting but since the bad guys never admit any lose so at the end Zatoichi san punished and executed all the evils Lol !! This episode's plot was not well written, and the guy who played Sotatsu did not give a good performance. I hope this does not mean that the standard of the show started to decline

@@AlmightyDreadlock The Japanese commentator above is telling you that the guy playing Soutatsu is not a professional actor. In real life, he's a professional shogi master, who was well known back then. Katsu Shintaro asked him to appear in this episode. Just like celebrity-chefs, Japan has celebrity-shogi masters, celebrity-go masters etc. who appear in tv shows.

@@kazutakakuji1596 Shogi players are supposed to be poker-faced & hide their emotions, so I think he did a good job portraying Soutatsu.

I know what the guy said. I don't speak Japanese, but it's easy to get some text translated. And, no, the shogi player did _not_ do a good job of portraying the Sotatsu character. Acting out suppressed emotions is not the same as acting out zero emotions.
