KZbin can be like a sandy beach. Tucked away under the sand there are hidden peals just waiting to be uncovered. This episode is one such peal. How wonderful to finally see these episodes online, and in 720p quality! I remember watching them online in low quality by dubious means the day after each episode aired, and bracing myself for the likelihood that the jazz/funk guy might not make it. After this episode we really celebrated that you got a chance to display your musical gift to such a wide audience. Music should be a celebration not a competition, and fittingly you won because you embraced that attitude! May you continue to celebrate music and share it with an ever widening audience. 💪🤞

I was watching you on some streaming site when you were in this competition in 2016. And before, berkley etc.. Man you're one of a kind, one of the best guitar player I 've listen too ( I'm thinking from the "new vibes" haha otherwise there is so many) It's not only playing good.. but creative, dedicated push the instrument etc... (with Mark L ettieri, Joe robinson, Isaiah Sharkey, maybe josh Meader alexandrmisko and Tim Henson too in their own style. I think when someone listen to you, it pop as an evidence that you're live the music at hundred per cent, also give your personality thru all of this and that happen to the jury as well. Thanks for sharing this because it's impossible to find that footage nowhere else. Trully inspiration/motivation for all guitarist out there. Hope that I will listen to you live one day :) Huge respect from Paris ! (repeat button on haha) Ps : Congratulations ! ^^
