when posing, how do you select the limbs like that? i know the way but i see you make the area selection less harsh, like the selected area and unselected area kind of merge so the psoing is alot more smooth. every time i try posing the mesh gets really distorted ad i end up having to smooth out and rebuild little details. sorry if i havnt wprded this properly idk how to describe it
