Thank you! Yes Zlog 2, and I did color it slightly. With the zcam plug-in I removed the purples. In lumetri in premiere I then just pushed the blues to cyan, took out some saturation of the other colors. Really really simple correction, nothing fancy, not a book of nodes.

@@ТимурМуратов-ш7р I now use davinci as well. It is all the exact same in davinci except you create a node and then correct from there- it’s called “HLS” in the color settings wheels. Stands for hue, luminance, saturation, and this is where you set a marker on blues and pull them to cyans. I will make a little tutorial of a quick and easy adjustment for z cam footage. At the time I did this it was on premiere. And i can make you a lut for free my friend, after I make the tutorial I’ll send it. Give me a few days.

Also just want to add: since you are beginning it may seem like there’s so much to learn. But in reality if you have the software and a camera, you can do so much on your own. Color correction is ALL about feel. There is no right or wrong really. So just play around w correcting color, find your style. Find what you like. Look at a frame from a movie and try to match it.

Hello Jimi, can I know how was the auto-focus of the lens when you used with E2F6, please?

The auto focus is very minimal. You can use it to check focus in a stationary situation, but it is not responsive enough for camera movement. Even with the secondary RONIN focus LIDAR tracking system, that too is not as responsive or accurate as manually pulling focus. With any cine camera, focus pulling is an essential skill you have to develop, takes some time but the image quality is worth it!

Thanks for sharing! Did you have to use counter-weights on the Zcam for it to balance? I have trouble with the NP-F battery hitting the gimbal.

So I use the midsize npf battery, and it doesn’t hit, and I do not need counter weights although I have balanced it with them. Perhaps I’ll make a quick video showing!

@@outpost9films So, I shot with this one midsized battery over 3 days for about 45-60 mins a session, and didn't have to change it! Still holding power. Haven't been able to put them to the test how Id like yet. But, I have 4 in my bag ready to go.

You get stabilization from the lenses internal stabilizer but not from the camera via the e-mount. :)

Wow, thanks for so generously sharing. As you yourself have probably noticed, not everybody picking up a zcam knows what they’re doing, but you’re one of the guys getting great images from it. I especially love it’s very flattering rendition of talent. Everybody looks like a super star when a zcam looks at them. That’s what I like the most - it makes people look great. Anyway man, awesome job.
