A 9mm weighs close enough to the same as a 5.56 per round (38 rounds per pound vs 37.2). .308/7.62 NATO is 19 rounds per pound. 7.62x39 is 27.5 rounds per pound. 12ga is 9-10 rounds per pound depending on projectile.
