Sarasa Clip was the very first pen that made me fell in love.. The comfortable grip are incredibly helpful for those who write with pressure, because (for me) the grip makes me lessen the pressure plus my skin in my fingers don't get 'thick' because of the grip. It isn't that so smooth but it is, I also love the ink and it's the pen which made me realize that 0.4 is my ideal pen size~ and i'm really surprised by it's fast drying ink And I'm pretty sure it's gonna be my favorite pen forever

I’m a huge nerd for the clip but will be gifting my kid a set of Dry next summer since she’s starting 1st grade in 2019. I want her to get used to writing in ink early so she knows it’s not a big deal to make mistakes. Just cross it out and keep going. She and her had are both lefties.

It depends on the highlighter you are using I guess. I find that Zebra's mildliners are the ones that smudges less.

I actually was not familiar with Zebra Sarasa although I have a Zebra 0.5 mm ballpoint pen. But when I tried Sarasa for the first time, I was amazed because its ink dried faster and did not fade even if I spill water or ethyl alcohol on the surface which was marked with Sarasa gel pen. It's a great gel pen!

Simran Lallian I haven’t used the Sarasa yet, but it looks like it’s best for lefties since it works with highlighters and don’t smudge. I personally like the Pilot Juice pen since it literally comes in *so* many colors and is really smooth.

Jocelyn Thao Really?! I’ve used the Pilot Juice pens for over a year and never had a problem with it like railroading. For me, the pigmentation is everything and the ink is smooth as heck. It’s also very comfy. I guess it’s our opinion.

Have you noticed a weird chemical odor from the ink of the Zebra Sarasa Push Clip pens? I've been noticing it while using a 0.5mm black ink Sarasa Clip pen and the Sarasa Vintage Clip pens. I first thought it was the paper I was writing on that's responsible for the odor but it was actually the ink from these pens, and it doesn't seem to vanish. If you sniff the written ink up close it's quite strong.

The think with sarasa is that you can't get anti-highlighter smudge and quickdry with the basic model, you have to get mark on or Dry which is more expensive than standard Sarasa. The Energel ink is superior because it dries quick and no smudging on highlighters, and it actually works on Sarasa clip body!

Hello! I just want to ask if the prefills from the 4+1 multi pens are actually interchangeable with the other sarasa pens.. I really want one of those multi pens but I also want to change a couple of the colors they come with or so. I know there's also the sarasa select for a more customizable option but I like the 4+1 better because of the mechanical pencil included and the grip as well. That's why I want to know if I could replace the 4+1's prefills with other refills. 😊😊
