In most call centers the "supervisor" is just a more senior call center representative. It's very rare to speak to an actual supervisor or higher.

to clarify, you rarely speak to someone's direct supervisor (unless its like a smaller department) usually there's a team dedicated to taking whats called "escalation calls" and they are more experienced, handle everything, and have more power

So when we say something like I'm gonna need two forms of verification but it can't be Birth certificate or drivers license. Later on in the call if the customer needs something specific,we would.probably ask for birth certificate and drivers license lol. Also the rep: "do you wanna do this or NOT!?" Customer: "I guess..." Rep: "that's what I thought bitch" Also kinda true, you sometimes get that mindset when dealing with a rude or difficult customer lol
