I am running an NGK E3.12 (the double prong spark plug) in my bike, it's fantastic. Lots of spark, but I do have a performance CDI as well.

I had a BR6HS for a go cart I built years ago, had a new one set aside an I said chit I bet bike will run that, shure enough it's a Damn good upgrade, no 1 mentions the BR6HS, ggz

I love the way the dual cgi h spark plug setup looks yet technically I am not fully consigned that it can out-perform a single upgraded cgi of quality installation considering the rest of your mods are applied especially smooth mirror surfaced port matching and piston skirt clearance @ tdc. If your seeing metal below your ports trim that skirt and make it as mirror finish as the ports and from there Id not begin anywhere else first than making sure the block & jug meet polished surfaces with as much smooth detail as possible. Anything else upgraded after that Id list as cylinder head sprocket size Carb jet tuning fuel to the optimum A/F ratio properly, Exhaust set up with 2 stroke engine design in ideal reference to understand how that back pressure makes or breaks all your previous work. Last but not least 80cc & the dark side of Suzuki parts repurposed to mod your whole potential if top speed is your goal you'll definitely need a welder and a few scrap pieces of metal laying around to improve the outcome of the beast you want and then compare it to the one you may have built already and are now only seeking faster ops. It isnt that hard just remember if Suzuki can do it on a motorcycle frame they built for that purpose you can create your own work with a field day of scraps available and some may be already bolt & go but the best ones will be welded with love called ingenuity and imagination is God at work & in action! Stay thirsty and keep your drive alive my racing friends!! These videos are valuable for the experience and many things beyond what many may think. They help share the core of the cause of trial & error. When in doubt...weld or take lessons to weld better 😂😂

These people thinking that 2 spark plugs makes a difference it don't once a fire is lite that's it.them 2nd holes are for compression release for easy start ups.and they put all this "upgrades"into a small piston jug when the ambull 100cc engine has a 50 mm piston and has stupid torque in it.i hit 43 mph and a 44 tooth sprocket

I always wanted one of the dual spark-plug heads, but I could never find a dual wire cdi, then after I found/bought a dual wire cdi, I couldn't find a dual spark-plug head, nobody had one, and nobody has had one since, how's that for luck, lol, let's be real, nobody is going to even notice that little stock looking head, I don't care how many spark-plugs are sticking out of it, lol, maybe if you offered an upgraded version with a cnc dual-plug head, the dual spark-plug offers no extra performance, it just looks cool, and its good for redundancy.

Okay the G4 cylinder is my favorite of the 47mm! Or are there other generations with the open transfer ports? It seems like a great design, and no lack of combustion to have the ports open like that, are their any drawbacks to this style? Perhaps burns through more gasoline?

You don't need a stronger spark plug. What you need is a really hot coil that'll sock the juice to the spark plug. The double spark plug is really just a gimmick lol a racing cdi and a good. Hot plug with proper fuel mix and you could smoke this double plug junk 😂

Mine did twice, I have to send it back, but it wasn't piston problem, it was bottom case wasn't even causing it to hit on case, it was cocked!

Ambull "100"cc engine 180$ with 50 mm piston has crazy torque.no need for two spark plugs if the racing commute didn't pick it up in higher two stroke engines then I don't think it's anything and them 2nd holes are for compression release not spark plugs.once fire is lite that's it no more will spark guys

What spark plugs (exactly) are you putting in this head? I'm having piston/plug clearance issues with ngk BR6HS. The piston hits and closes the plug gap.

B6hs. 3 gap. Make sure you are using and have installed a bottom gasket and head gasket.

Ha ha 2 spark plug setup. Not impressed, just improve on quality of single spark. The 2 plugs through that cdi just wear it out faster. It's only to make it look better for someone who is easily impressed with mackup.
