Oooooh, a fellow 15 year old. First of all, you are one of the few females I know that make dreadlocks absolutely beautiful! I've been a long time watcher over dA; you seem like such an awesome person. And you inspire my art as well ^^ I hope to get better, and like you said, practice is everything, especially with something like drawing. Oh and one more thing. I love the accent. +Zed Espen yes that is true, and there is nothing wrong with that, but african american woman are constantly told to cut their dreads and they are looked down upon for them and seen as trashy, But when a white woman gets them she is seen as fashionable and original. do you get it?

yes, a lot of my friends think my dreads are "cool". ( but I don't have them because I think it's trendy or smth btw...) but there are enough rude people who say that I look messy and not hygienic. also, it's just a way of life. either black or white, there are always people who don't accept a different kind of style/lifestyle. I mean, I get your point, but I can't really identify with your opinion.
