She is amazing carver, world class axe skills. A lot of us carve spoons cuz it brings us a quiet mind and for some it helps anxiety her voice also seems to massively be calming while I'm doing a calming activity

Zed and Andreea thanks ever so much for this step by steep video. I was asked by the Chief on Munsee-Deleware Nations (reserve) to teach them how to do everything that was taken from them ..Such as How to paddle a canoe, making a paddle, Brain tanning deer hides involving them in some projects working with Canadian Wildlife services to count nesting sites of swallows and we now have a great video to do spoons. Thanks everyone, Barry Callow, Senior Environmental Coordinator for Munsee-Delaware Nation. Ontario,Canada.

As always Andreea’s technique and explanations are fantastic. Especially how she generates a powerful carve using leverage, I’m trying to use more of that to ease my painful joints! I’ve made 2 similar scoops. The first is very slender with a thin bowl - but in fact too thin and developed a circular crack on the inside of the bowl where the handle joins. superglue fixed it but the second one I made a little thicker and splayed the handle to bowl join. It doesn’t look as elegant but will last. Top tip in the video is to shape oval across the bowl so that it pulls in circular as the wood dries. Great content Zed. Keep it up!

Hello, thank you for sharing this video. She is so easy to follow and I like that you provide her templates. I am a bit hard of hearing so I missed the name of the knife she used and where she got it. I tried to listen a bunch of times, sorry. I'm wondering if you could provide me with information where I can purchase the knife. Thanks again.
