I don’t like malia, as she picks and chooses who she wants to protect and who she wants to report (Hannah). She is very devious. However, Sandy is the classic micro manager. Part of leading is giving your department heads the trust and autonomy by allowing them to lead. I guess Sandy wasn’t getting enough camera time.

Sandy really spiraled over this situation and turned it into something it wasn't. Now her altered reality of it will lead her to make more mistakes with Malia. Gah, I really hope that Bravo listens this year and fires Sandy. Their attempt of having the Galley Talk crew pour Sandy compliments to change viewers minds about her is such a sad attempt at keeping her.

Thankfully I think that she might go this next episode, since Delaney is shown (on coming up next clip) on crew out night when Lexi has her next blowup over nothing. Her eating chips, napping and continually asking for deck crew while anchoring was so frustrating to watch.
